n*p*h*r*52 = annual electricity cost for desktop computing

n = number of desktop devices
p = power (in kilowatts) used by each device (thin clients = .008, PCs = .08)
h = number of hours each week that devices are turned on
r = current electricity rates in kWh ($0.051 = national average)
52 = number of weeks in a year
